Referral Program Terms & Conditions
- Skykit will communicate with you regarding the referral program by email and in communications with your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.
- A Qualified Referral is a new prospect, referred by a current customer, who schedules and attends an introductory meeting with Skykit on or before September 30, 2026.
- Referrals to current Skykit customers, new users on your existing account or additional licenses to your current, existing account do not qualify for the referral bonus.
- Referrals of Skykit prospects currently in an active sales cycle with Skykit are excluded from this program.
- To make a referral as part of the program, you must be a current Skykit customer.
- To make a referral, the customer will have the referral contact complete Skykit’s Demo Request Form including adding the referring name in the field labeled “How did you hear about Skykit?”
- The referring customer can choose between a Referral Bonus of a $250 Amazon gift card or $250 one time credit on their next Skykit invoice.
- Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A Skykit representative will contact the referring customer after a Qualified Referral meeting is completed.
- To be eligible for the Referral Bonus, you must have an active and current contract with Skykit.
- The referring Skykit customer is limited to two (2) Referral Bonuses per year
- You are advised to only send referral messages to individuals with whom you have a professional or personal relationship.
- Referrals cannot accept more than one referral offer as part of this Program. If they receive multiple offers, the Referral Bonus will be awarded to the first referral made, based upon the time the form was received by our system.
- To be eligible for the Referral Bonus, the person you refer must enter your name in the "How did you hear about us?" form field.
- Referral Bonus rewards are processed after the meeting takes place.
- Skykit employees are excluded from this Program. The referral gift is not applicable to these parties.
- The person referred will be offered a discount on the Skykit implementation fee if they sign by December 31, 2026. Discount varies based on size and length of contract.
- Skykit assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by Skykit on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to your (or any other person’s) computer related to or resulting from this program.
- Skykit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of your referrals will be disqualified from this program. You agree to abide by the terms of this program and the decisions of the Skykit team, which are final. This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
