Skykit Demonstrates Firmware-Level SoC Integration with Hisense

Skykit SoC Integration Hisense

Skykit featured prominently at InfoComm 2025 in Orlando within the Hisense booth as the only digital signage vendor given dedicated space. The partnership highlighted Skykit’s firmware-level integration with Hisense System-on-Chip (SoC) displays—a significant advancement that addresses historical deployment and management challenges.

Unlike traditional side-loading approaches that have created headaches for AV professionals, Skykit’s firmware-level integration delivers the same robust remote management features available with dedicated media players. This means streamlined installation (simply hang, power, and connect), comprehensive device management through Skykit Control, and support for displays ranging from 32″ to 100″.

Built-in LTE connectivity meets a growing need in the market for a solution that overcomes requirements for additional (often high-cost) devices, such as LTE gateways or routers. Ideal for organizations with dispersed or remote locations, the E400 leverages cellular networks to ensure continuous operation of displays—keeping your content ‘always on’ so audiences never miss out.

“Previously, we had to be cautious about recommending SoC solutions due to deployment and management limitations,” explained Nick Dolansky, Skykit’s Director of Strategic Partnerships. “What this Hisense integration gives us is device management that works exactly like our dedicated media players.”

The solution combines the simplified hardware approach of SoC technology with enterprise-grade remote management capabilities—offering customers full control without the complexity of additional hardware.

InfoComm 2025 validated Skykit’s strategy of deep firmware-level integration, demonstrating the company’s commitment to delivering flexible, reliable digital signage solutions. With expanded partnerships including Hisense and Sony, Skykit continues to focus on simplifying deployment while maintaining the robust management features enterprises need to efficiently maintain their digital signage networks.
