Skykit Llc., a digital signage software provider, will spin-off from its parent company Agosto. Skykit was founded in 2016 and offers digital signage for industries ranging from retail to restaurants to corporate communications, according to a press release.

Khan will continue to lead as CEO of Skykit alongside Paul Lundberg, co-founder, and CTO.
Skykit provides its cloud-based digital signage platform in lite, standard and enterprise models for small businesses, growing businesses and large organizations respectively, according to the release.
