Skykit Llc., a digital signage software provider, will spin-off from its parent company Agosto. Skykit was founded in 2016 and offers digital signage for industries ranging from retail to restaurants to corporate communications, according to a press release.

Irfan Khan, CEO, Skykit, said in the release. “We always planned to let the company branch out on its own, and we’re thrilled by the product’s rapid market adoption and growth. The focus now is on expanding sales and marketing to accelerate growth while continuing to bring innovation to the market.”

Khan will continue to lead as CEO of Skykit alongside Paul Lundberg, co-founder, and CTO.

Skykit provides its cloud-based digital signage platform in lite, standard and enterprise models for small businesses, growing businesses and large organizations respectively, according to the release.
